Oasis Viva All Inclusive Hotel is located on the beach in Cancun's Cancun Hotel Zone neighborhood, close to Plaza Caracol, La Isla Shopping Mall, and Nautilus Diving and Training Center. Other points of interest near this all-inclusive resort include Cancun Convention Center and Cancun Golf Club at Pok Ta Pok.

This resort is all inclusive. Rates include meals and beverages at onsite dining establishments. Charges may be applied for dining at some restaurants, special dinners and dishes, some beverages, and other amenities. Oasis Viva All Inclusive Hotel features a restaurant, a poolside bar, a bar/lounge, and a swim-up bar. Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool and a fitness facility. 276 air-conditioned guestrooms at Oasis Viva All Inclusive Hotel feature blackout drapes/curtains and hair dryers. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations and complimentary toiletries. To protect guests from passing boats, the hotel allows sea swimming only in a defined, shallow area in front of the resort where the water is calm. Stationary bicycles, stair machines, and free weights are provided in the small fitness center opposite the health bar.

Staff members can help arrange area activities such as parasailing, fishing excursions, and boating.
